Talking face to face with Mark was a breath of fresh air. It's far better then on the phone. He was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions and gave me great info on Medicare. We in Pace, Pensacola and Milton need more people we can actually talk to face to face. Mark was great to talk to. Recommend him to my friends I will.

Mark is an incredibly nice and caring person. I randomly called his office in desperation trying to reach anyone who could help me get to the right person in my insurance company. He just happened to answer the phone and I am so glad! He asked me to call him the next morning and when I did, he had a 3 way call already set up with the exact person I needed to speak to! I was not his client and he just did it to help me! Within a few minutes my issue was settled after a couple weeks of trying to figure it out on my own! If there were more people around like Mark, this world would be a better place! He had absolutely nothing to gain except just reaching out and offering a helping hand to a fellow traveler on this planet! Thank you, Mark!
